摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型俯卧体位垫,用于脊柱侧弯伴后凸畸形患者进行俯卧位手术。方法:根据脊柱后凸畸形特点及手术需求,采用高密度加硬海绵、优质聚氨酯(polyurethane,PU)皮革、棉布和魔术贴等材料制作俯卧体位垫。该体位垫由"П"型主体垫模块和矩形、半圆形、弧形辅助垫模块构成,通过组合主体垫和辅助垫,实现与特殊体型患者的吻合、服帖。结果:该俯卧体位垫可根据患者脊柱后凸程度自由选择增减辅助垫,能充分暴露手术视野,缩短特殊体型患者体位摆放时间,减少术中体位垫移位,避免因体位垫或体位摆放不当引起患者皮肤压疮、医源性骨折等并发症发生。结论:该体位垫结构设计合理,操作方便,安全、舒适,具有可调节、可拆卸功能,利于脊柱侧弯伴后凸畸形患者俯卧体位的摆放,值得推广使用。Objective To develop a new type of prone positioning cushion to facilitate face-down operation for the patient suffering from scoliosis accompanied with kyphosis.Methods The cushion was made of high-density firm sponge,high-quality PU material,cotton fabric,Velcro and etc with considerations on the characteristics of kyphosis and operation requirements,which consisted of aП-shaped main module and auxiliary modules with a rectangular,semicircular or curved shape so that the requirements could be met for the patients with special shapes.Results The auxiliary modules could be set according to the degree of kyphosis so as to expose operating field,shorten the time consumed for the patient setup,decrease the incidence of cushion displacement during operation and avoid the complications due to mis-positioned cushion or patient such as pressure sore and nosocomial fraction.Conclusion The cushion gains advantages in structure,operation,safety,patient comfort,adjustment and assembling,and thus is worthy promoting for prone position setup of the patient with scoliosis and kyphosis.
