一种野战自加热灌肠装置的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的:为满足野战条件下的灌肠治疗操作,研制一种自动加热、可控制温度的灌肠装置。方法:该装置以通用野战医疗箱为基础设计,箱体下部为储水区,上部为加热区,中间以多孔隔板分隔。储水区放置食品自热包和储水袋,加热区放置灌肠器(内有灌肠袋)和控温报警器。加水与自热包接触,以蒸汽形式释放热量,将灌肠袋中的灌肠液加热。控温报警器实时测定灌肠液温度,按设定温度报警,提醒医务人员进行灌肠操作。结果:该装置加温快,可迅速达到理想的灌肠液温度并实现报警功能,且灌肠后灌肠液保留时间长,利于药物的吸收。结论:该装置不依赖外部热源,操作方便快捷,温度可实时监测,可模块化运输,适用于野战环境,应用前景较好。Objective To develop a self-heating enema device to realize temperature controlling during enteroclysis under field conditions.Methods The device developed based on universal field medical chest consisted of a lower heating area and an upper water-storing area which were separated from each other by a perforated plate.There was a food self-heating package and a water bag in the upper area,and an enemator containing a enema sac and a temperature alarm.The self-heating package released steam heat after contacting water so as to warm up the enema in the sac,and the alarm detected the enema temperature at real time and reminded the staff to execute enema in case of proper temperature.Results The device heated the enema rapidly,and prolonged the time the enema existed in the rectum to facilitate drug absorption.Conclusion The device has no dependence on outer heat source,gains advantages in operation,real-time temperature monitoring and modularity,and thus is worthy promoting in field conditions.
