摘 要:目的:探讨一日法碲锌镉(cadmium zinc telluride,CZT)心脏专用SPECT(NM530c)早期快速心肌灌注显像(myocardial perfusion imaging,MPI)的可行性,以期缩短显像等待时间。方法:连续收集2018年4月1—30日行一日法静息/运动负荷门控心肌灌注显像(gated myocardial perfusion imaging,G-MPI)的患者,静息、负荷显像均于注射显像剂15 min内行早期显像(early imaging,EI)、至少30 min后行延迟显像(late imaging,LI),对EI和LI 2种图像质量、心肌灌注及心功能参数进行统计学对比分析。结果:共收集30例患者(男11例、女19例),静息显像EI、LI分别有26例(86%)、29例(97%)的图像质量为好或优秀(两者比较P>0.05),负荷显像EI、LI均有29例(97%)图像质量为好或优秀(两者比较P>0.05)。静息、负荷EI与LI心肌灌注及心功能参数均无统计学差异(P>0.05),并且具有强相关性及良好的一致性。结论:一日法CZT SPECT MPI早期快速成像方便可行且不影响图像诊断,具有较好的临床实用性和可行性。Objective To discuss the feasibility of early rapid myocardial perfusion imaging protocol using CZT SPECT(NM530c)in order to shorten the imaging waiting time.Methods The patients undergoing one-day gated myocardial perfusion imaging(G-MPI)at resting/exercise conditions were collected from April 1st to 30th 2018.Early imaging(EI)was executed during 15 min after developer injected,and late imaging(LI)was carried out 30 min after.Quality assessment was performed for the images of EI and LI,and myocardial perfusion and cardiac function indexes were analyzed and compared quantitatively.Image quality and the indexes of EI and LI were statistically analyzed.Results There were 11 men and 19 women involved in the study;26 EI images(86%)and 29 LI images(97%)were graded as"good or excellent"at resting condition(P>0.05),and so did 29 EI images(97%)and 29 LI images(97%)(P>0.05)at exercise condition;there were no statistical differences between the results of myocardial perfusion and cardiac function indexes shown by EI and LI at rest/exercise conditions(P>0.05),while there were high correlation and consistency existed.Conclusion One-day CZT SPECT MPI rapid imaging protocol is feasible and practical for clinical diagnosis.
