摘  要:目的:探讨在自然灾害条件下于野战综合手术救治方舱内施行胸腰椎经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)的可行性,从而降低伤员的致残率和死亡率。方法:选取8只实验猪在方舱内实施胸腰椎PVP手术并统计分析手术时间、术中失血量、术中骨水泥有无渗漏及术后四肢活动情况。结果:手术时间为60~86 min,平均手术时间为75 min;失血量为2.5~7.7 ml,平均失血量为5.73 ml。术中胸腰椎施术节段椎体骨水泥无一渗漏,术后所有实验猪均可正常行走,且步态未见异常。结论:在野战综合手术救治方舱内施行胸腰椎PVP手术创伤小、手术时间短、失血少、骨水泥无渗漏、恢复快,具有一定可行性。Objective To explore the feasibility of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the field medical comprehensive shelter during disaster relief so as to decrease the mortality and morbidity of the casualties.Methods Eight experimental pigs underwent PVP,and then had such indexes analyzed statistically as operating time,intraoperative blood loss,bone cement leakage and postoperative extremities motion.Results The operation time ranged from 60 to 80 min,and the mean value was 75 min;the blood loss was from 2.5 to 7.7 ml,and the mean value was 5.73 ml;there was no bone cement leakage occurred during the operation,and all the pigs walked steadily with normal gait.Conclusion PVP can be carried out in the field medical comprehensive shelter with minimal invasion,short operating time,few blood loss,no bone cement leakage and high feasibil-ity.
