马来酸桂哌齐特联合丹参川芎嗪治疗突发性耳聋疗效及对血清ET、sVCAM-1水平和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗突发性耳聋疗效及对患者血清内皮素(ET)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(s VCAM-1)水平及免疫功能的影响。方法将110例突发性耳聋患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。2组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液静滴,观察组给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴,2组均治疗2周。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,检测2组治疗前后血清ET、s VCAM、CD3+、CD4+、Ig M及Ig G水平。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗过程中,2组均无明显不良反应发生。治疗后,2组血清ET及s VCAM水平均显著下降(P均<0. 05),CD3+、CD4+、Ig G及Ig M水平均显著升高(P均<0. 05),且观察组下降及升高幅度明显优于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合丹参川芎嗪治疗突发性耳聋疗效更好,可有效降低机体的炎症反应,改善机体免疫功能以及内耳微循环,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to observe the efficacy of cinepazide maleate injection combined with Danshen ligustrazine injection in the treatment of sudden deafness and its effect on the levels of serum endothelin(ET),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)and immune function.Methods 110 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given routine treatment.On the basis of this,the control group was given cinepazide maleate by intravenous drip,and the observation group was given cinepazide maleate combined with Danshen ligustrazine injection by intravenous drip,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.The levels of serum ET,sVCAM,CD3+,CD4+,IgM and IgG were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.After treatment,the levels of serum ET and sVCAM in the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3+,CD4+,IgG and IgM were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the decrease and increase of the observat ion group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cinepazide maleate combined with Danshen Ligustrazine is more effective in the treatment of sudden deafness,which can effectively reduce the body's inflammatory response,improve the body’s immune function and inner ear microcirculation,and is worthy of clinical application.
