20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW防治枸杞炭疽病田间药效试验

摘　　要：【目的】明确20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW对枸杞炭疽病的田间防治效果。【方法】在田间进行小区、大区药效试验。【结果】20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW 100.0 mg/kg、133.3 mg/kg、200.0 mg/kg剂量末次药后7天,小区试验防效为67.48%～74.26%,大区试验防效为71.98%～82.62%。【结论】20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW对枸杞树安全,是防治枸杞炭疽病的理想药剂,建议在枸杞炭疽病发生初期使用防效较好,使用剂量以100～200 mg/kg为宜。[Objective]This study aims to explore the field efficiency of difenoconazole prochloraz 20%EW against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.[Methods]The field efficacy trials were carried out by using experimental spot.[Results]At the concentration of 100,133.3,200 mg/kg in 7 days after treatment,the field plot experiment showed that the control activity of difenoconazole prochloraz 20%EW reached 67.48%to 74.26%,the field large-plot experiment showed that the control activity of difenoconazole prochloraz 20%EW reached 71.98%to 82.62%.[Conclusions]Difenoconazole prochloraz 20%EW was an effective steady and safe insecticide to control Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.Difenoconazole prochloraz 20%EW was used at the initial stage of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.Using dosage was from 100 to 200 mg/kg.
