儿童维生素A水平与身高增长速率相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析大庆市西城区儿童维生素A水平与身高增长速率的相关性。方法 2016年10月—2017年4月,选择在我院就诊及住院的3 795名5～8岁患儿作为研究对象,在入院时测量维生素A水平,测量记录身高及测量日期,并将患儿按维生素水平分成A组(维生素A正常组),B组(维生素A缺乏组),同时按患儿性别分类,即A1组(男患儿维生素正常组)、B1组(男患儿维生素A缺乏组)、A2(女患儿维生素A正常组)、B2(女患儿维生素A缺乏组),在1年后联系患儿家属,即2017年10月—2018年4月再次进行患儿维生素A水平、身高测量,比较不同组患儿身高增长情况。结果 A组患者不同阶段身高水平均显著高于B组,而且身高增长速率也显著高于B组,P <0.05;A1组男患儿不同阶段身高水平均显著高于B1组男患儿,而且身高增长速率也显著高于B1组男患儿,P <0.05;A2组女患儿不同阶段身高水平均显著高于B2组女患儿,而且身高增长速率也显著高于B2组女患儿,P <0.05。结论儿童维生素A水平与与其身高增长速率有一定的关联,因此需注重针对维生素A缺乏儿童补充相关元素,促使其健康生长发育。Objective To study the correlation between vitamin A level and height growth rate of children in Xicheng District of Daqing.Methods From October 2016 to April 2017,3 795 children aged 5 to 8 years old who were treated and hospitalized in our hospital were selected as research data.The level of vitamin A was measured at admission,the height and date of measurement were recorded.The children were divided into group A(vitamin A normal)and group B(vitamin A deficiency),at the same time,the children were divided into group A1(normal vitamin group of male children)and group B1(vitamin deficiency group of male children),A2(normal vitamin A group of female children)and group B2(vitamin A deficiency group of female children),the family members of children were contacted after one year,the level of vitamin A and height of children was measured from October 2017 to April 2018.The changes of the height growth of different groups were compared.Results The height of the A group was significantly higher than that of the B group at different stages,and the height growth rate was significantly higher than that in the B group,P<0.05.The height level of the male children in the A1 group was significantly higher than that of in the B1 group,and the height growth rate was significantly higher than that of in the B1 group(P<0.05);the height level of the group A2 group was significantly higher than that in the A2 group.The growth rate of height of B1 group was significantly higher than that of B2 group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of vitamin A in children has a certain correlation with its height growth rate.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the supplemental elements of vitamin A deficiency children to promote the healthy growth and development.
