血清肿瘤标志物与细胞因子在乳腺癌检测中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物和细胞因子在乳腺癌检测中的临床意义。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月到我院进行乳腺疾病治疗的患者120例,经确诊乳腺癌组患者有60例,良性乳腺疾病患者60例,对两组患者进行空腹静脉血抽取,血液抽取后进行血清分离,对患者血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA153和细胞因子TSGF、VEGF、TGF-β1进行检测。结果乳腺癌组患者血清肿瘤标志物水平明显高于良性乳腺疾病组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。乳腺癌组患者细胞因子水平明显高于良性乳腺疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者进行血清肿瘤标志物以及相关细胞因子的检测,可以对疾病诊断治疗起积极作用。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum tumor markers and cytokines in the detection of breast cancer.Methods 120 cases of breast diseases were selected from May 2016 to May 2017 in my hospital.There were 60 cases of breast cancer patients and 60 cases of benign breast diseases.The serum separation was carried out to the patients after the blood extraction,and the tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CA153)and cytokines(TSGF,VEGF,TGF-β1)were detected.Results The level of serum tumor markers in breast cancer group was significantly higher than that of benign breast disease group(P<0.05).The related cytokines in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign breast disease group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of tumor markers and related cytokines can play an active role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
