ERRα和AROM在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过免疫组化观察上皮性浆液性卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中雌激素受体相关受体α(estrogen receptor related receptorα,ERRα)与芳香化酶(aromatase,AROM)的表达情况,并对ERRα与AROM的相关性进行研究。方法采用免疫组化方法检测ERRα与AROM在卵巢上皮性浆液性癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达情况,并总结相关临床资料进行分析。结果卵巢癌组织中ERRα高表达、AROM低表达,分别与正常卵巢组织及良性肿瘤组织中表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),且与肿瘤分期、分级、淋巴结有无转移有关,而与肿瘤直径大小无关;ERRα与AROM在卵巢癌组织中呈负相关表达,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论上皮性浆液性卵巢癌中ERRα高表达及AROM低表达与卵巢癌的分期、分级、有无淋巴结转移有关,提示ERRα选择性抑制剂可能是防治卵巢癌发生的可行途径之一,而AROM低表达与ERRα高表达之间可能存在相关因子表达通路,为治疗卵巢癌提供了新的思路和方法。Objective To study the expressions of ERRαand AROM in epithelial plasma ovarian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue by immunohistochemistry observation and the correlation between ERRαand AROM.Methods The expression of ERRαand AROM in ovarian epithelial plasma carcinoma,benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry technique.The relevant clinical data was analyzed and summarized.Results The over expression of ERRαand the weak expression of AROM in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly different from those in normal ovarian tissues and benign tumor tissues(P<0.05),the results were related to tumor stage,grade,lymph node metastasis,but the results were no related to the diameter size of the tumor;there was a negative correlation between ERRαand AROM in ovarian cancer tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The over expression of ERRαand the weak expression of AROM in epithelial plasma ovarian cancer were associated with staging,grading,and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer,indicating that ERRαselective inhibitor may be one of the feasible ways to prevent ovarian cancer.However,there may be expression pathway of related factor between the weak expression of AROM and the over expression of ERRα,which provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
