盐酸特比萘芬联合碳酸氢钠治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸特比萘芬联合碳酸氢钠对妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月我院收治的97例妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(48例)和对照组(49例),对照组采用克霉唑阴道片联合碳酸氢钠进行治疗,观察组采用盐酸特比萘芬联合碳酸氢钠进行治疗。治疗结束后,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗过程中不良事件的发生情况,比较分析两组患者临床症状消失时间和阴道分泌物镜检结果正常时间。结果观察组患者的临床有效率(91.66%)高于对照组(75.51%),不良事件发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(26.53%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的临床症状消失时间和阴道分泌物镜检结果正常时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论盐酸特比萘芬联合碳酸氢钠在妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的治疗上效果显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of terbinafine hydrochloride combined with sodium bicarbonate for pregnancy combined with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods 97 patients with pregnancy combined with vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(49 cases)by the number table method.The control group was treated with clotrimazole crystalline vaginal tablets combined with sodium bicarbonate.The observation group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride and sodium bicarbonate.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse events during the treatment were observed and recorded.The time of clinical symptom disappearance and back to normal time of vaginal discharge microscopy were compared.Results The clinical effective rate(91.66%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(75.51%),and the incidence of adverse events(8.33%)was lower than that of the control group(26.53%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the back to normal time of vaginal discharge microscopy in the observation group were shorter than those the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbinafine hydrochloride combined with sodium bicarbonate has a significant effect on the treatment of pregnancy with vulvovaginal candidiasis and the safty is high.
