针对性护理在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠护理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月—2018年6月我院86例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组43例,对照组及研究组患者分别行传统的临床护理及针对性护理,比较两组患者术后康复情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后研究组患者的首次下床时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时长均显著少于对照组(P <0.05),研究组患者护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对性护理可有效减少并发症发生率,提高护理质量,对促进腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者术后康复具有促进作用。Objective To discuss the application value of pertinent nursing on ectopic gestation treated by laparoscope.Methods 86 patients with ectopic gestation were selected as research subjects in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 and randomly divided into the control group and the research group according to the number table,43 patients in each group.The patients in the control group and the research group were respectively peovided with traditional nursing and pertinent nursing.The postoperative rehabilitation,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the time of get out of bed,resumption of gastrointestinal functions and hospitalization time in the research group were significantly shorter than those the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in research group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence rate of complications in research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pertinent nursing could effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of nursing,and accelerate the recovery of ectopic gestation patients treated by laparoscope.
