青敷膏外敷防治骨折术后患者静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察青敷膏外敷防治骨折术后患者静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选取在江苏省中医院溧阳分院骨伤科住院的骨折术后患者40例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各20例。观察组采用青敷膏外敷,对照组采用毛巾热敷。干预后2 d比较两组静脉炎Jackson评分情况和护理满意度。结果观察组术后2 d静脉炎发生概率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者术后2 d的护理满意度高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论青敷膏外敷能降低骨折术后患者静脉炎的发生概率和严重程度,同时能提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of qingfu paste to prevent and treat phlebitis after fracture operation.Methods 40 cases of patients after fracture surgery treated in orthopedics department were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was given qingfu paste,and the control group was given hot compress with towels.The Jackson scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared after 2 days’intervening.Results The incidence of phlebitis after 2 d in the observation group was apparently lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was apparently higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfu paste has a remarkable effect on preventing and treating phlebitis after fracture operation,and improves nursing satisfaction.
