摘 要:目的研究责任包干对提升急诊抢救室危重患者护理质量的效果。方法选择我院2017年4月—2018年4月接收的80例急诊抢救室危重患者作为研究对象。按照患者接受护理服务的不同模式,将其分为两组。观察组(40例)实施责任包干制的服务,对照组(40例)实施小组制的服务,比较护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组护理满意度75.00%,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理人员的护理质量评价内容中,急救护理常规、流程掌握、健康教育落实、基础护理落实、护理安全措施落实、掌握病情、抢救治疗措施落实评分结果均明显高于对照组护理人员,P <0.05。结论责任包干制度的服务模式能够明显提升急诊抢救室危重患者护理质量,提升患者满意度。Objective To study the effect of responsibility assignment on improving the nursing quality of critical patients in emergency room.Methods 80 critically ill patients admitted to the emergency room of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to their different modes of receiving nursing services.The observation group(40 cases)implemented the service of responsibility guarantee system,and the control group(40 cases)implemented the service of group system to compare the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%).In the nursing quality evaluation contents of the observation group,the scores of nurses'first aid nursing routine,process mastery,health education implementation,basic nursing implementation,nursing safety measures implementation,disease mastery,and rescue and treatment measures implementation were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The service mode of responsibility package system can obviously improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of critical patients in emergency room.
