丹红注射液治疗糖尿病及其并发症用药分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察丹红注射液在糖尿病患者中临床使用的基本情况,并判断其是否合理。方法 :选取在我院住院期间使用过丹红注射液的糖尿病患者,利用基本统计分析方法归纳,整理患者情况。从中医辨证论治的角度观察丹红注射液在糖尿病患者中的使用情况。结果 :共收集到有效病例189例,以中医辨证施治为依据,判断其用药是否合理,结果为仅1例患者存在出血倾向,不适用丹红注射液,其余患者用药均合理。结论:丹红注射液适用于糖尿病及其并发症,其中肢体麻木是丹红注射液的主要适应证之一,也是糖尿病周围神经病变的常见临床症状,当糖尿病患者出现这种症状时,丹红注射液的使用值得推广。Objective:To observe the basic situation of clinical use of Danhong injection in diabetic patients and to determine whether or not it is reasonable.Methods:The data from the diabetic patients treated with Danhong injection during their stay in our hospital were statistically analyzed and summarized.Results:A total of 189 effective cases were collected and whether or not their medication was reasonable was judged based on the differentiation of TCM syndromes.The patients were suitable for Danhong injection except for one who was not due to bleeding tendency.Conclusion:Danhong injection is suitable for diabetes and its complications.Limb numbness,a common clinical symptom of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,is one of the main indications of Danhong injection.Danhong injection is worth to be used when such symptom occurs.
