双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 :探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 :选取80例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组40例接受常规支持及蒙脱石散治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,发热率、第三天大便次数、1个月内复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组在治疗期间均未发生严重的药物不良反应。结论 :采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻较单纯应用蒙脱石散具有更为理想的疗效,患儿止泻速度更快,并且治疗后不易复发。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsule combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:Eighty children with diarrhea were randomly divided into an observation group(treated with the live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsule combined with montmorillonite powder)and a control group(treated with conventional support and montmorillonite powder)with 40 cases each.The therapeutic effect and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher and the fever rate,the number of defecation on the third day and the recurrence rate in a month were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse drug reactions found during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsule combined with montmorillonite powder is more effective than simple montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
