摘 要:对马铃薯叶中茄尼醇的提取工艺进行初步探索,拟选出最佳提取工艺,并测定马铃薯叶中茄尼醇的含量.方法:通过单因素实验对提取次数、提取时间、提取温度、液固比值进行研究,考察各因素对茄尼醇提取率的影响.然后根据单因素实验的结果设计正交试验,通过正交实验优化提取方法,确定最佳提取工艺.结果:各因素对提取效果的影响依次为:提取温度>提取时间>液固比值.最佳工艺组合为提取温度80℃,提取时间6 h,液固比为10(mL/g),提取2次.测得茄尼醇粗品的含量为1. 80 mg/g.In this paper,the extraction technology of solanesol from potato leaves was preliminarily explored,the optimum extraction process was selected,and the content of solanesol in potato leaves was determined.Methods:the extraction times,extraction time,extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio were studied by single factor experiment,and the effects of each factor on the extraction rate of solanesol were investigated.According to the results of single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was designed,and the optimum extraction process was determined by optimizing the extraction method by orthogonal experiment.Results:the influence of each factor on the extraction effect was as follows:extraction temperature>extraction time>liquid-solid ratio.The optimum technological combination is extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 6 hour,liquid-solid ratio 10(mL/g),extraction 2 times.The content of crude solanesol was 1.80 mg/g.
