两种百合花期生理活性及花粉活力比较

摘  要:以湖北百合(Lilium henryi Baker)和大花卷丹(Lilium leichtlinii var. maximowiczii Baker)为材料,在生长期的不同阶段对生理活性和花粉活力进行测定.结果表明:可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性逐渐升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、超氧化物酶(SOD)活性及叶绿素含量先升高后降低,可溶性糖含量逐渐降低.大花卷丹的可溶性糖、POD活性、CAT活性、叶绿素含量均高于湖北百合.营养生长期可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性大花卷丹高于湖北百合,初花期过后湖北百合高于大花卷丹.花粉活力则是湖北百合高于大花卷丹.Using Lilium henryi Baker and Lilium leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker as the material,physiological activity and pollen viability were determined at different stages of growth.The results show that Lilium leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker’plant and bulbs are smaller than Lilium henryi Baker’s.The floral organ of Lilium leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker is small,the bulb is big,the stem is thick and strong.Soluble protein contentand and POD activity is gradually increased.The CAT SOD activity and chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased,and soluble sugar content gradually decreased.Lilium leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker’s soluble protein content POD activity SOD activity and chlorophyll both higher than Lilium henryi Baker.The soluble protein content and SOD activity in vegetative growth period were higher than that in Lilium henryi Baker.Latter was higher than former after initial flowering period.Pollen viability was opposite.
