摘 要:锚杆预紧扭矩作为锚杆支护质量的重要指标,受施工器具及施工条件影响较大。根据锚杆预紧回路搭建其AMESim模型,通过理论及仿真分析,对不同摩擦状态下的扭矩倍增器传动效率进行分析,并结合井下试验验证。结果表明:煤粉进入扭矩倍增器可导致扭矩传动效率降低30%,损失高达200 N·m。Pre-tightening torque of anchor is an important index of supporting quality of anchor,which is greatly influenced by construction equipment and construction conditions.The AMESim model is built according to the pre-tightening circuit of the anchor bolt.Through theoretical and simulation analysis,the torque multiplier transmission efficiency under different friction conditions is analyzed and verified by underground test.The results shows that the torque multiplier can reduce the torque transmission efficiency by 30%and the loss is up to 200 N·m.
