摘　　要：教师是高校发展的核心因素,其工作效果直接影响高校的发展水平。教师考核工作是高校了解教师工作成效的重要途径,也是提升教师工作能力的重要方法。做好教师考核工作,有助于学校发展,有利于建设高素质教师队伍,能快速实现高校发展目标。但在教师考核工作中还存在一些问题,需要高校创新考核工作,优化教师配置,从而提高教学质量。Teachers are the core factors of the development of colleges and universities,and their work effects directly affect the development level of universities.Teacher assessment is an important way for universities to understand the effectiveness of teachers'work,and also an important way to improve teachers'working ability.To do a good job in teacher assessment is conducive to the development of schools,the construction of high-quality teachers,and the rapid realization of the development goals of colleges and universities.
