摘  要:某电厂600 MW超临界燃煤发电机组,投产以来多次发生高温再热器倒U型弯处焊缝脱焊以及高温再热器异种钢焊缝失效引起机组停运,对此,电厂根据锅炉厂家要求进行了倒U型弯改造和异种钢焊口移位改造。改造运行3年来未发生倒U型弯管材拉裂和异种钢焊口引起的爆管事故。针对改造后出现的再热器出口小集箱管座焊缝裂纹,通过挖补焊的方法得以解决。A 600 MW supercritical coal-fired generator set in a power plant had stopped many times because of the weld desoldering of inverted U-bend and weld failure of dissimilar steel of high-temperature reheater since the commissioning. In this case,the power plant carried out the inverted U-bend transformation and displacement modification on dissimilar steel welding joints,according to the requirements of the factory. There has been no tube burst caused by inverted U-bend pipe cracking or dissimilar steel welding joints in the 3 years after the modification. The weld cracks of the small header pipe socket of the reheater appeared after transformation,can be solved by patching and repairing welding.
