摘　　要：2012年,绍兴图书馆与当地数字电视运营商合作,开通了"绍兴电视图书馆",创造了以"内容特色明显、资源跨界整合、传播载体多样、运营合作共赢"为特征的"电视图书馆绍兴模式",并在2016年成为第二批国家公共文化服务体系示范项目。文章在阐述电视图书馆建设背景、功能等内容的基础上,介绍了"电视图书馆绍兴模式"的做法、成效、特点。Since 2012,Shaoxing Library have cooperated with local digital TV operators to start the“Shaoxing TV Library”and created Shaoxing TV library model with distinctive characteristics including integration of cross-border resources,diverse carrier and win-win cooperation,which became the demonstration project of second batch of national public cultural service system in2016.On expounding the background and functions of TV library construction,this paper introduces the practice,effectiveness,characteristics and next steps of the"Shaoxing TV library model".
