摘　　要：BIM技术建立的协同管理平台及其应用,使工程参建各方的监管工作效率得到有效提升。广西北海某商住楼小区,在施工阶段利用BIM5D软件,为施工进度、质量、成本的精细化、智能化的监理工作提供了一个高效、方便的信息管理平台,为工程参建各方搭建工程信息共享和协同管理起到了桥梁作用。Build collaborative management platform and the applications of the BIM technology,make the project cooperated-builing par-ties regulation effectively improve work efficiency,guangxi beihai near a village in the construction phase using BIM5D software for con-struction progress,quality, cost,fine,intelligent supervision work provides an efficient and convenient information management platform,for engineering cooperated-builing parties to set up information sharing and collaborative management has played a bridge role.
