摘　　要：通过政策文献回顾、专家访谈,对上海市老年人医疗服务提供体系进行了系统梳理,提出当前服务体系依旧存在管理体制条块分割、医疗服务资源配置失衡,以及康复、护理等专业人员缺乏等问题,建议加强部门之间的协作、构建老年人医疗服务体系规划、以家庭医生制度建设为契机探索整合型医疗服务。Through the review of policy literature and expert interviews,the medical service delivery system for the elderly in Shanghai was systematically sorted out.It is suggested that the current service system still has problems such as segmentation of management system,imbalance of medical service resources allocation,and lack of professionals such as rehabilitation and nursing.Thus,we recommend that we should strengthen cooperation among departments,build a medical service system plan for the elderly,and explore integrated medical services with the opportunity of building a family doctor system.
