药品集中采购价格与药品费用控制研究

摘　　要：通过对药品的经济学特征、药品集中采购价格形成机制和药品费用构成因素的分析,认为:价格并非影响药品费用最重要的因素,药品集中采购也不能形成真正合理的价格;应积极发挥医疗保险的作用,加强对医生行为的约束,以实现降低药品价格和控制药品费用不合理增长的目标。Through the analysis of the economic characteristics of drugs,the formation mechanism of centralized drug purchase price and the components of drug costs,this paper concluded that price was not the most important factor affecting drug costs,and centralized purchasing of drugs can't form a truly reasonable price.To achieve the goal of reducing drug prices and controlling the unreasonable growth of drug costs,we should attach importance to medical insurance and strengthen the constraints on doctors'behavior.
