摘　　要：研究公立医院融资结构对其运行绩效的影响,结果显示,债务筹资与医院运行绩效呈显著负相关,商业信用融资和内源融资与医院运行绩效呈正相关。为提升医院运行效率,提出以下建议:优化融资结构,规范银行贷款的使用,合理使用商业信用融资,提升医院自有资金积累,拓宽专用资金融资渠道,改进和提升医院管理能力。This paper studies the impact of public hospital financing structure on its operational performance.The results showed that debt financing was significantly negatively correlated with hospital performance.Commercial credit financing and endogenous financing were positively correlated with hospital performance.In order to improve the efficiency of hospital operation,the following suggestions were proposed:optimizing the financing structure,regulating the use of bank loans,rationally using commercial credit financing,increasing the accumulation of self-owned funds,expanding the channels for special funds financing,and improving the hospital management capabilities.
