摘 要:运用裂纹分析软件FRANC3D对采煤机行走轮齿根裂纹前缘应力强度因子进行数值求解,对齿根裂纹扩展路径进行模拟,并将仿真结果与实际相结合,验证FRANC3D软件仿真分析的有效性。通过实验方法测定行走轮材料的断裂韧性K_(IC),结合FRANC3D软件估算裂纹失稳扩展的最小尺寸,为裂纹扩展特性的研究提供了一种可行的分析方法。The crack stress analysis software FRANC3D has been used to solve the numerical calculation of stress intensity factor of the front edge on the crack propagation of sprocket tooth root for shearer walking wheel,the crack propagation route of the tooth root has been simulated,the validity of FRANC3D software simulation analysis has been verified by combining simulation results with practice. The fracture toughness KIC of the wheel material has been determined by experimental method,the minimum size of crack propagation has been estimated by FRANC3D software,which provided a feasible analysis method for the study of crack propagation characteristics.
