摘 要:以继电器驱动电路为基础,分析在该电路中并联续流二极管、并联齐纳二极管、并联TVS管三种方式来抑制反向电压,将反向电压限制在安全范围内,保护前级驱动电路,减小尖峰电压所产生的干扰,同时提供电感储能释放通道,削弱接点放电火花。结合试验数据和仿真波形,给出该三种电压抑制方法的适用环境。Based on the relay driving circuit,three ways to suppress the reverse voltage have been analyzed in the circuit,which are parallel current diode,parallel zener diode and parallel TVS tube.The reverse voltage has been limited in the safety range,the front stage drive circuit has been protected,the interference caused by the peak voltage has been reduced,and the inductor energy storage channel has been provided,and the discharge electric spark has been weakened.Combining the test data and simulation waveform,the applicable environment of the three voltage suppression methods has been given.
