摘 要:为减小煤矿井下车辆倒车时的视觉盲区,提高倒车安全性,研究了激光测距、超声波测距、微波雷达测距、红外测距的测距原理。结合煤矿井下高潮湿、多粉尘的实际工况,提出了最适合井下使用的倒车测距方式,整套系统采用浇封兼本质安全型结构,便于大部分的防爆车辆安装。研究结果表明,车辆在安装防爆倒车报警装置后,可根据传感器距离障碍物的距离进行分级别报警,配合倒车影像,可大大降低倒车时碰撞发生率。In order to reduce the visual blind area when the coal mine truck reversing,improve the safety of reversing,the ranging principle of laser ranging,ultrasonic ranging,microwave radar ranging and infrared ranging were studied.Combined with the actual working conditions of the high tide and dust in the coal mine,the most suitable method for the downhole use has been put forward.The whole system adopts the pouring encapsulation and intrinsically safety type structure,which is convenient for the installation of most explosion-proof vehicles.The research results show that after installing the alarm device,the vehicle can alarm according to the distance of the sensor distance obstacle,and with the reverse image,the collision probability can be greatly reduced.
