关于加强金属非金属地下矿山矿用产品安全标志监督管理的思考

摘　　要：为防止危及生产安全的设备进入矿山生产过程,从源头预防事故,我国法律法规明确要求金属非金属矿山矿用产品实施安全标志管理,但存在认识不到位、执行不严格、监督执法不力等问题,因设备问题引发的生产安全事故时有发生,给矿山安全生产造成严重威胁。为保障矿山安全生产,应加强金属非金属地下矿山矿用产品安全标志管理,加强监管监察,提升我国矿山装备行业竞争力,并推动矿山企业转型升级。In order to prevent equipment endangering production safety into the mine production process and prevent accidents from the origin,China's laws and regulations explicitly require the management of safety sign in the metal and nonmetallic mines.However,there are some problems,such as poor understanding,poor execution,poor supervision of law enforcement,the occurrence of production safety accidents caused by equipment problems,which poses a serious threat to the safety of mine production.In order to ensure the safety of mine production,the safety sign management of metal and nonmetallic underground mines should be reinforced to strengthen the supervision,enhance the competitiveness of the mine equipment industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of mine enterprises.
