摘  要:西门子交-直-交变频器SM150在红庆河煤矿主井提升机采用12脉动并联运行方式,配套装备两套内置式提升机,电动机功率9 000 kW,箕斗50 t,速度15. 18 m/s,提升能力达1 600万t/a,为目前国内最大,该提升机的应用取得了良好效果。重点介绍了提升机的传动系统、SM150变频器、切换柜及变频器水冷系统。The SIEMENS AC-DC-AC frequency converter SM150 adopts 12 pulse parallel operation mode in the main shaft hoist of the coal mine,and two sets of inner mounted hoists are equipped,with 9 000 kW motor power,50 t skip,speed of 15. 18 m/s,lifting capacity of 16 million t/a,which is the largest domestic converter currently.The SM150 inverter has achieved good results in the application of main shaft hoist in Hongqing River coal mine.The drive system for hoist,inverter SM150,switch cabinet and inverter water cooling system have been mainly introduced.
