摘 要:为了提高1 000 MW机组低负荷运行时的效率,实现机组高效全负荷运行,以国家有关政策为导向,结合1 000 MW机组汽轮机本体结构及汽水系统特点,从配汽方式、叶片设计、工况定义、回热系统及辅助系统优化等汽轮机专业角度进行分析,提出了提高机组全负荷运行效率的技术和方法。所研究的方法可在机组低负荷时有效提高机组的效率,节省燃料,降低排放。To improve the efficiency of 1 000 MW class units under low load and realize the full-load high-efficiency operation of units,the relevant state policy was reviewed as guidelines,and analysis was conducted towards steam turbine from aspects of steam distribution,blade design,working condition definition,regenerative system and auxiliary system optimization combined with the features of 1 000 MW steam turbine structure and system.The technology and method proposed were effective to improve full-load operation efficiency,thus the fuel could be saved and emission could be reduced.
