分享经济背景下共享养老服务的影响因素及参与意愿研究——基于成都市的实证研究

摘　　要：为有效应对老龄化危机,智慧养老和"互联网+"共同催生了新型的共享养老服务模式。共享养老是利用互联网技术,依靠大数据平台为养老服务合理配置资源、优化利用效能的新型服务模式。文章从行为公共管理学视角,根据经典态度行为理论构建共享养老服务的选择模型,检验环境、技术、经济三大因素对老年人感知共享养老服务有效性的影响作用,发现感知共享养老服务有效性对共享养老服务的参与意愿与推荐意愿均有正向促进作用,为共享养老服务的发展和公共政策的制定提供一定理论指导。In order to effectively deal with the aging crisis,the sharing elderly care comes into being under the smart elderly and Internet plus trend.The sharing elderly care acts as a new service mode that functioning with high-tech means and Internet technology.It provides services for the old,allocating resources rationally and optimizing utilization efficiency relying on big data platform.According to the classical attitude-behavior theory,this paper constructs a conceptual model to further examine the positive correlation between sharing elderly care intention of the old and three major factors of environment,technology and economy.In addition,it also explores the positive correlation between the perceived utility and the chosen intention and the recommendation intention.The result of this paper could help the development of sharing elderly care in practice and moreover support and guide the policy making theoretically.
