摘  要:很多植物通过过敏反应产生广谱抗病性,类过敏反应发生机制的解析以及相关基因的研究对培育广谱抗病品种、提高作物的适应性和稳产性具有重要意义。植物类过敏反应介导的抗病性可大致分为活性氧迸发、信号分子的传递以及抗病系统的激活三个阶段,对这三个阶段的最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为植物抗病相关研究提供参考。Plants develop broad-spectrum resistance by hypersensitive response-like response.A hypersensitive reaction-like(Hrl)trait usually confers enhanced plant resistance to a wide range of pathogens.The dissection of Hrl traits and related genes are essential for breeding of broad-spectrum resistance varieties,improving crop adaptability and stability.The process of Hrl-mediated broad-spectrum resistance can be described as following stages:Burst of reactive oxygen species,transformation of signal molecule and activation of defense system.This paper reviewed these stages with the hope of being useful for researchers,which was expected to provide reference for plant disease resistance research.
