摘 要:目的证实复方中药组分防治糖尿病的有效性并探讨其作用机制。方法选取30只SPF级SD大鼠作为研究对象,应用腹腔注射地塞米松溶液制作胰岛素抵抗大鼠糖尿病模型,分为模型对照组、中药组分大剂量防治组、中药组分小剂量防治组,每组10只。另取雌雄各5只大鼠作为空白对照组。中药防治各组大鼠每天分别灌胃不同浓度的复方中药组分;模型对照组每天以同样体积的标准生理盐水灌胃。空白对照组每天以生理盐水进行腹腔注射,连续注射1周后每天应用生理盐水进行灌胃。比较4组大鼠连续给药6周后的空腹血糖,连续给药8周后血浆、肾和胰腺组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)指标。结果大剂量防治组的空腹血糖低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血浆、肾和胰腺组织的SOD、CAT值均高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001、P<0.05),血浆、肾和胰腺组织的MDA值均低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05);小剂量防治组的空腹血糖与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血浆、肾和胰腺组织的SOD值、血浆CAT值均高于模型对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001、P<0.05),血浆、肾和胰腺组织的MDA值均低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论复方中药组分对胰岛素抵抗糖尿病的糖过氧化具有抵抗作用,该作用与其防治糖尿病及其并发症密切相关。Objective To confirm the effectiveness of compound Chinese medicine components preventing and treating diabetes and explore its action mechanism.Methods All of30SD rats of SPF grade were selected as the research objects.The diabetic model of insulin resistance rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of Dexamethasone solution.The rats were divided into the model control group,large dose prevention and treatment group of Chinese medicine components,and low dose prevention and treatment group of Chinese medicine components,and there were10rats in each group.5male and5female rats were taken as the blank control group.The rats in each group of Chinese medicine prevention and treatment were administrated with different concentrations of compound Chinese medicine every day,the rats in the model control group were given the same volume of standard normal saline daily by injecting into the stomach.The blank control group was injected intraperitoneally with normal saline every day for one week,after1weeks of continuous injection,the normal saline was injected into the stomach every day.The fasting blood glucose were compared after6weeks of continuous administration,super oxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA)in plasma,kidney and pancreas tissue were compared after8weeks of continuous administration among the four groups.Results The fasting blood glucose of the large dose prevention and treatment group was lower than that of the model control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The SOD and CAT values of plasma,kidney and pancreas tissue were higher than those of the model control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001,P<0.05).The MDA values of plasma,kidney and pancreas tissue were lower than those of the model control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the low dose prevention and treatment group and the model control group(P>0.05),SOD and C
