恩替卡韦联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并高脂血症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨恩替卡韦(ETV)联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)合并高脂血症的效果。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的CHB合并高脂血症患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予ETV治疗,观察组采用ETV联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,疗程48周。在治疗前后的各个时间点检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平、乙肝病毒DNA定量(HBV-DNA)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白C(LDL-C)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)并进行比较。结果两组治疗后HBV-DNA、ALT、CRP均有改善,其中治疗组的ALT、TC、TG、LDL-C的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后的HBV-DNA水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无严重的不良反应。结论 ETV联合瑞舒伐他汀可明显改善CHB合并高脂血症的患者的ALT、CRP水平,且明显降低血脂水平,不良反应少。Objective To inestigate the therapeutic efficacy of Entecavir(ETV)combined with Rosuvastain in patients of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with hyperlipidemia.Methods60subjects of CHB with hyperlipidemia were continually accepted according to the inclusion criteria in our hospital from January2013to January2014.All were randomly assigned into the control group(n=30)was treated with ETV for48weeks,and study group(n=30)were treated with ETV combined Rosuvastain for48weeks.The serum ALT,HBV-DNA,TG,TC and the C-reactive protent(CRP)at the onset and ending of treatment were compared.Results The serum ALT,HBV-DNA,CRP of the two groups were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in serum ALT,TG,TC,LDL-C,CRP between the two groups after treatment,but no significance in the level of HBV-DNA(P>0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion For chronic hepatitis B complicated with hyperlipidemia,Entecaviar combined with Rosuvastain is effective and improves the serum ALT,CRP and LDL-C level significantly.No serious adverse ractions.
