摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展进步,科技水平的提高,使得很多行业早已实现了自动化。而人们生活水平的飞速提升,促使着社会各界对于医院的服务水平有着更高的要求。医院在实现自身的数字化发展时,最先应该做的就是结合自身实际情况建立科学的电子病历体系,这样才能够及时为患者提供良好的医疗服务,为当地居民的卫生水平提供保障。本文笔者针对医院电子病历实施过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并针对这些问题提出了自己的解决建议。The continuous development and progress of society and the improvement of the level of science and technology have led to the automation of many industries.The rapid increase in people′s living standards has also made them more demanding on the level of hospital services.When the hospital realizes its own digital development,the first thing that should be done is to establish an electronic medical record in combination with the actual conditions of each patient,so as to provide timely and efficient services for patients.The author of this article conducted an in-depth analysis of the problems in the implementation of the hospital's electronic medical records,and put forward their own solutions to these problems.
