预见性护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月～2018年5月我院收治的70例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和试验组(35例),对照组患者采用常规护理干预,试验组患者采用常规护理干预基础上的预见性护理干预,比较两组患者的肺部感染发生率、护理效果评分及生活质量评分。结果试验组患者肺部感染的发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05);试验组患者护理效果4个维度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预可减少股骨颈骨折患者术后肺部感染的发生,提高股骨颈骨折患者的护理效果及生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Seventy patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from January2015to May2018were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group(35cases)and experimental group(35cases)according to the random number table method,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given predictive nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention,the incidence of pulmonary infection,nursing effect score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was5.71%,which was lower than14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing effect in the4dimensions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with femoral neck fracture,improve the nursing effect and quality of life of patients with femoral neck fracture,and is worthy of clinical application.
