应用重镇药辨证治疗多梦体会

摘　　要：目的:观察重镇药物结合辨证用方治疗多梦的临床疗效。方法:采用问卷调查,综合评分,治疗前后对照,以"减分"多少评价疗效。主要应用龙骨、牡蛎、石决明、珍珠母、紫贝齿、磁石、生铁落等重镇药物,辨证与对症结合,标本同治。结果:完成治疗56人,总有效率96. 4%,无效3. 6%。结论:运用重镇药为主据症辨证治疗"魂魄飞扬"的多梦,效果显著,睡眠质量明显改善,日间精神状态良好。中医治疗病梦具有优越性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhongzhen Herbs Combined with Syndrome Differentiation Prescription in the treatment of multiple dreams.Methods:Questionnaire survey,comprehensive score and control before and after treatment were used to evaluate the curative effect.Mainly used zhongzhen herbs such as keel,oyster,cassia,mother of pearl,purple shellfish teeth,magnet,pig iron and so on.Syndrome differentiation combined with symptomatic treatment,and treat both the incidental and fundamental aspects.Results:Fifty-six patients completed the treatment,the total effective rate was96.4%,ineffective3.6%.Conclusion:The application of Zhongzhen herbs as syndrome differentiation for the treatment of“spiritual flying”dreamfulness has remarkable effect,the quality of sleep has been improved significantly,and the mental state during the daytime is good.Traditional Chinese Medicine has superiority in treating dreams of illness.
