宁神安眠汤对心胆气虚证不寐患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究宁神安眠汤对心胆气虚证不寐患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年2月莆田学院附属医院收治的心胆气虚证不寐患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机综合平衡法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用右佐匹隆片治疗,观察组采用宁神安眠汤治疗。观察治疗效果,包括不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率等情况,并使用标准的评分标准对患者睡眠质量、生命质量评分和焦虑抑郁等进行评定,记录患者总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期和觉醒时间等信息,进行组间数据比较分析。结果:1)观察组不良反应发生率(2. 08%),对照组不良反应发生率(20. 83%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2)观察组治疗总有效率(97. 92%),对照组治疗总有效率(77. 08%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。3)观察组总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期和觉醒时间与对照组比较明显要长,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。4)观察组治疗后生命质量评分与对照组比较要高,睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁等评分则均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:宁神安眠汤治疗心胆气虚证不寐患者具有显著效果,能够使其睡眠质量得到改善,并减少不良反应发生,保障其预后,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of Ningshen Anmian decoction on sleep quality of patients with deficiency of heart and gallbladder qi.Methods:From July2017to February2018,96patients with insomnia of heart and gallbladder qi deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)according to random comprehensive balance method.The control group was treated with right Zopilon tablet and the observation group with Ningshen Anmian decoction.The therapeutic effects,including the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment,were observed,and the patientsundefined sleep quality,quality of life and anxiety and depression were evaluated by using the standard scoring criteria,and the total sleep time of the patients was recorded.Sleep latency and awakening time were compared and analyzed among groups.Results:1)the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.08%)and the control group(20.83%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)the total effective rate(97.92%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the control group(77.08%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total sleep time,sleep latency and awakening time in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality and anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ningshen Anmian decoction has remarkable effect in treating patients with insomnia of heart and gallbladder qi deficiency syndrome,can improve its sleep quality,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and ensure its prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
