5E康复模式对尿毒症腹膜透析患者睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨5E康复模式(教育、鼓励、工作、锻炼、评价)对尿毒症腹膜透析患者睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年6月无锡市人民医院收治的尿毒症腹膜透析患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给以基本护理,观察组给予5E康复模式护理。比较2组满意率;住院的平均天数、患者对5E康复模式的掌握程度;护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分、生命质量评分(Quality Of Life,QOL);尿毒症腹膜透析并发症发生率。结果:观察组满意率高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意(P <0. 05);观察组住院的平均天数、患者对5E康复模式的掌握程度优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意(P <0. 05);护理前2组睡眠质量PSQI评分、生命质量QOL评分相似,2组比较,差异无统计学意(P> 0. 05);护理后观察组睡眠质量PSQI评分、生命质量QOL评分优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意(P <0. 05)。观察组尿毒症腹膜透析并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意(P <0. 05)。结论:尿毒症腹膜透析者实施5E康复模式效果好,可改善睡眠质量PSQI评分、生命质量QOL评分,减少尿毒症腹膜透析并发症发生率。Objective: To explore the effect of 5 E rehabilitation model( education,encouragement,work,exercise,evaluation) on sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of uremic peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods: A total of 90 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients with uremia from March 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were collected,randomly divided into control group and observation group. the control group received basic care,and the observation group received 5 E rehabilitation mode. The satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. Observe the average number of days in hospital and the degree of patients’ mastery of the 5 E rehabilitation mode; Sleep quality PSQI score and QOL score before and after nursing care; Incidence of peritoneal dialysis complications of uremia. Results: The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,has significant differences( P < 0. 05). The mean number of days hospitalized in the intervention group and the patients’ mastery of the 5 E nursing mode were better than the control group,has significant differences( P < 0. 05). The PSQI scores and QOL scores of quality of life were similar in the two groups before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). The PSQI score and QOL score of quality of life in the intervention group after nursing were better than those in the control group has significant differences( P < 0. 05). The incidence of peritoneal dialysis complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,has significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Patients with uremia peritoneal dialysis have good effect of 5 E rehabilitation mode,which can improve the PSQI score of sleep quality and QOL score of life quality and reduce the incidence of complications of uremia peritoneal dialysis.
