摘　　要：随着我国经济信用制度的不断完善,以商业汇票为主的票据贴现业务发展迅速,这给我国企业的短期融资带来了便利,但是票据市场隐藏的问题浮出水面。论文主要阐述票据贴现业务的作用和操作流程,分析票据贴现市场存在的问题并对提高票据市场贴现水平提出建议。With the continuous improvement ofChina's economic credit system,the bill discounting business,which is based on commercial bill,has been developed rapidly,and it has brought convenience to the short-termfinancing ofChinese enterprises.However,hidden problems in the bill market have also surfaced.The paper mainly expounds the function and operation process of bill discounting business,analyzes the problemsexistinginthebill discountingmarket,and puts forwardsome suggestions for improvingthediscountinglevel ofacceptancemarket.
