摘 要:随着汽车智能化程度越来越高以及市场的推广和普及,对于汽车后备箱电动撑杆的需求日益增长,中、高档以上的汽车配备后备箱电动撑杆的市场也将会规模化。它将逐步替代传统的汽弹簧,而其花键副联接是较为重要的一环,为此,对汽车后备箱电动撑杆采用不同的花键轴联接方式进行承载能力计算分析,从中找到最合适的联接方式,以便更好地减少磨损、降低噪声,从而延长传动零部的使用寿命。As the car is becoming more and more high intelligent degree and market promotion and popularization,the demand is also growing about car trunk electric poles,and more than medium and high-grade car equipped with trunk electric poles will also scale of this market.It will replace the traditional steam spring gradually,and its spline sub joint is a more important link.Therefore,the bearing capacity of car trunk electric poles was calculated and analyzed by using different ways of spline shaft coupling,in order to find the most appropriate way of connection.It can reduce wear and noise.Thus,the service life of the zero part of transmission is extended.
