摘　　要：介绍烧结毡焊接滤芯收口工序会降低冒泡点压力的原因,并利用相同烧结毡材质的滤芯进行过滤性能对比试验。通过分析多组对比试验结果,总结出烧结毡焊接滤芯收口处冒泡对过滤比的影响程度和规律。The reason why the sintered felt welding filter closing process would reduce the pressure at the bubble point was introduced,and the comparative test of the filtration performance using the same sintered felt material filter element was carried out.From the multiple groups of comparative testing results,the degree and regularity of the effect on filtration ratio of bubbling at the sintered felt welding filter elements closing were summarized.
