摘　　要：目的本文通过对岛津大平板多功能X线机Sonialvision Safire 17图像重建颗粒感明显及高千伏摄影报错相关故障维修2例进行分析,为同类设备的维修提供参考。方法本文分析在应用了画质提升软件包的Safire 2后,进行断层融合重建图像时,发现中心层面的图像仍然颗粒感明显,通过进入手动模式分别查找2例故障的原因。结果故障为滤线栅开关位置不良,调整后经初始化恢复正常;高千伏摄影出现的错误代码,通过运用示波器查找分析故障原因,更换相关配件,故障解除。结论对于该类故障,维修人员需要结合故障现象查找故障原因,并根据错误代码提示进行维修,可以提高维修效率。Objective This research aimed to provide reference for similar equipment maintenance through the analysis of two cases of Sonialvision Safire17image reconstruction with obvious grain sense and high kV photography error report related fault maintenance.Methods After the application of Safire2in the picture quality improvement software package,it was found that the image at the central level was still obviously grainy when the image was reconstructed by fault fusion.By entering the manual mode,the cause of the failure of2cases were respectively found.Results The fault was the malposition of the filter grid switch,and it was normal after adjustment.The error code of high kV photography was found by using the oscilloscope to find and analyze the fault cause,then the fault was removed by replacing relevant accessories.Conclusion For this kind of fault,the maintenance personnel need to combine the fault phenomenon to find fault cause and repair according to the error code,which can improve the maintenance efficiency.
