摘　　要：近年来甲状腺结节患者呈上升趋势,非开放式热消融技术在临床治疗甲状腺结节中取得了较好的疗效。本文综述了治疗甲状腺结节术前风险评估、热消融技术治疗甲状腺结节国内外临床应用现状、术后并发症和预防措施,最后指出了目前热消融技术治疗甲状腺结节中仍存在和急需解决的问题。In recent years,the detection rate of thyroid nodules have shown a significant upward trend,and non-open thermal ablation techniques have obtained better clinical effects in thyroid nodules.In this paper,the preoperative risk assessment for the treatment of thyroid nodules,the clinical application of thyroid nodules at home and abroad,the postoperative complications and prevention measures were reviewed.Finally,the problems that still existed and needed to be solved in the treatment of thyroid nodules by heat ablation were pointed out in this paper.
