摘　　要：目的提出并完成一种床边DR图像归档管理软件,以期为业内床边DR专职放射技师提供一种简单、可靠、有效的管理手段。方法分析了重症医学科专职放射技师的常规工作内容,介绍了影像归档和通信系统(PACS)临床应用,叙述了图像自主获取方法及图像唯一性编码规则,并在此基础上设计完成了床边移动DR图像归档管理软件。结果该软件可以对人工检索刻录及系统自主抓取的图像进行唯一性编码标注,可实现图像组合查询,以及完成各项统计报表的生成工作。结论该软件的设计在一定程度上可减轻重症监护室专职放射技师的工作强度,提高专职技师的工作效率。Objective In order to provide a simple,reliable and effective management method for the bedside DR professional radiographer in the industry,a software for archiving and managing of bedside DR images was proposed and completed.Methods The routine work of the full-time radiographer in the department of critical care medicine was analyzed.The clinical application of the picture archiving and communication systems(PACS)was introduced.The method of image acquisition and image unique coding were described.Based on this,the software of bedside mobile DR image archiving management was designed and completed.Results This software could annotate unique code for images which were retrieved and recorded artificially and grabbed autonomously,realized image combination query and complete the generation of various statistical reports.Conclusion The design of the software can reduce the work intensity of the full-time radiographer in the intensive care unit to a certain extent,and promote work efficiency of the full-time technician.
