摘　　要：目的为分级诊疗制度的落实实施提供信息系统的支撑。方法本文分析了分级诊疗制度在中医医联体内实施的业务需求,给出了基于移动APP的区域分级诊疗平台的架构设计、功能模块以及关键技术路线。结果通过在中医医联体内医院中的应用案例,验证了该分级诊疗平台的易用性和使用价值。结论基于移动APP的区域分级诊疗平台的建设与应用,为促进医联体分级诊疗制度的推广普及提供信息化支持。Objective To provide information system support for the implementation of the classified diagnosis and treatment system.Methods The business needs for implementing classified diagnosis and treatment system in traditional Chinese medical consortium was analyzed,and then the architecture design,functional modules and key technical routes of regional classification diagnosis and treatment platform based on mobile APP were presented.Results The usability and use value of the classified diagnosis and treatment platform were verified by the application in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine consortium.Conclusion Construction and application of the regional classified diagnosis and treatment platform based on the mobile APP,which can provide information support for promoting the popularization of classified diagnosis and treatment in medical consortium.
