摘　　要：目的开发一套软件系统改变新农合参保患者跨省转诊后需返回参合地手工结算的现状,实现联网结报。方法沿用"军卫一号"的用户界面和操作方式,在相关环节调用市级平台的Webservice接口。结果该系统成功实现了新农合患者跨省转诊的登记、结算以及相关数据统计等工作,结束了新农合跨省转诊患者返回参合地报销的历史。结论本系统在实际应用中达到了预期的功能,并取得了良好的效果。Objective To change the status quo of manual settlement after inter-provincial referral of new rural cooperative medical insurance(NRCMI)patients and realize online reimburse,a set of software was developed.Methods The operation mode and the UI of No.1Military Medical Project was used,and the Webservice interface of municipal platform was invoked in relevant links.Results The system successfully realized registration,settlement and related statistics of inter-provincial referral of NRCMI patients,and the NRCMI patients no longer need to return to participating places for reimbursement.Conclusion The software has achieved the expected functions and generated good effects in the practical application.
