基于品管圈活动降低输液泵维修率的探讨

摘　　要：目的为降低了因输液泵、注射泵质量问题引发的临床不良事件发生率,保障诊疗安全,提高医院的整体医疗水平,我科室采取品管圈活动,规范临床对输液泵的使用。方法通过主题选定,现况把握,目标设定,原因分析以及对策制定和实施等措施,减少了输液泵的维修和误报次数。结果通过本次活动将维修总次数降低了42%。结论通过品管圈手段进一步规范了临床对输液泵的合理使用,使输液泵故障率有了显著的降低,增强了临床工程师与临床一线沟通的能力。Objective In order to reduce the incidence of adverse events caused by the quality problems of infusion pumps and injection pumps,ensure the safety of diagnosis and treatment and improve the overall medical level of the hospital,we took quality control circle activities to standardize the clinical use of infusion pumps.Methods The maintenance and false alarm times of infusion pumps were reduced through the selection of themes,current situation,target setting,cause analysis and the formulation and implementation of countermeasures.Results The total number of maintenance was reduced by42%through this activity.Conclusion The reasonable use of the infusion pump is further standardized through quality control circle,which significantly reduce the failure rate of the infusion pump,and enhance the ability of clinical engineers to communicate with clinical front-line.
