摘　　要：冠心病已对患者的生活质量造成了严重影响,甚至威胁到其生命安全。医学工作者一直在寻求对此治疗更为有效和全面的药物,希望既能改善心绞痛症状,又可达到心肌保护作用,以提高远期预后。尼可地尔属类硝酸酯化合物,不但具有硝酸酯类药物对冠状动脉扩张的功效,且还具备开通心脏钾离子通道的特有功效,已被临床大量应用于冠心病的治疗中。The most common cardiovascular disease coronary heart disease had caused serious influence on the quality of life of the sick people,and even threatened the safety of life.Medical researchers had been seeking more effective and comprehensive drugs for this disease.They hope to improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and protect the myocardium,so as to improve the long-term prognosis of patients.Nicorandil was nitrate ester compounds,not only had the nitrates expansion of coronary artery function,but also had the special functions of open cardiac potassium channels,had been a lot of clinical application in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
